In BlueWorx we use SAP BAPIs to read information about an order so we can bring through the details to the device. In some version of SAP ECC there is an issue that prevents us from being able to use the BAPI to read the order details, you can read more about that issue here https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002538124.
What does this mean for you?
If you or your users have an order with "Failed to download order - See admin" as the order description, then it is likely that there is an issue retrieving the order details through the BAPI.
Causes of the issue can be where the operation has been flagged as having long text; but there is no long text, or a component on the order being flagged as having long text; but not having any.
To resolve this issue on the order long text can be added to the operation or component that has been flagged as having the text. The order should then sync to the device as intended.
