Display Filter Tab

Users can change the information displayed on the Map using the Display button at the bottom left of the Map page:

On a Tablet or browser the Display settings screen takes over the left hand portion of the screen. Selecting Display toggles this on and off. On a Phone then the Display setting page will take over the whole screen.

To show information from SAP select the appropriate filters from the Filter tab. Options include Notification, Orders, and Assets (Functional Location and Equipment), each with key filters. These filters will remain in place after exiting the screen in a single session and are detailed below.

Notifications

Access the Notification selection within the Filter tab and select which objects to show based on a number of criteria, including the selection of spatial specific Action Layers.

Orders

Access the Order selection within the Filter tab and select which objects to show based on a number of criteria, including the selection of spatial specific Action Layers.

Inspections

You can display Inspections according to their execution status:

Assets

You can either search for asset records (Functional Locations and Equipment) on your device or, if online, from SAP.

You must select one or more Layers. This is to encourage users to minimize the number of layers they display at one time, improving the performance of the map. There is a 'Select all Layers' button for convenience, which may have performance issues depending on the device and volume of data being applied.

Note that as of Support Pack 13 you also have the options to select to show Measurement Points (where so configured and captured) for the displayed assets.

Saved Filters

Having created a filter that you may want to reapply regularly, you can save this in the My Filters section.
