Introduction
Maintain the BlueWorx license key as provided by Accenture. This key is linked to your SAP Instance and determines the license class (test or production) and number of active users.
The functionality was updated in Support Pack 12 to allow multiple licenses to be loaded, with only one being active. This allows administrators to pre-load future dated licenses for faster activation on due date.
Business and SAP Context
Active users are those maintained in the Maintain Users area of BlueWorx Administration whose validity start and end date is within today.
Important Information
- BlueWorx Users and Administrators require the appropriate Neptune License and this includes the BlueWorx Inspection Viewer Application.
- All BlueWorx Users require appropriate SAP licenses.
