Add FL or Equipment characteristics that will allow for value searching in the FL and Equipment lists. For example you might regularly want to search for equipment with a classification characteristic of construction type and values of concrete, steel, wood, etc.

Notes:

• This has an impact on data volumes so use only as required
• Works only with CHAR type single value Characteristics 
• Requires a full Synchronisation of all FL and Equipment records to trigger device updates.
