This tab shows the Causes for the Notification and allows you to create new Causes:

Field/ Control	Explanation/ Use
Type to Filter	Filter the list
Cause button	Add new Cause - see Cause detail
	Remove Cause
Select item	You can Navigate into the Cause detail by selected a record.
