Introduction
This tab shows SAP Permit information for the Order.
Business and SAP Context
Configuration options allow this tab and related alerts to be shown or hidden. This functionality is new to SP7. By design:
- Field Work Orders, with required Permits, can not be be created in BlueWorx
- Field Orders for FL or Equipment with Optional permits can be created, with a warning
- Permits in the BlueWorx Order are only shown where they are marked as being 'Propose' when assigned to the Equipment or FL.
- The checks are made both against the Equipment and its FL as appropriate
- Once the Order has been Sync with SAP, and adjusted as necessary by the Planner, then only the Order Permits are applied and not those available for the Equip/ FL
Important Information
By it's nature, permit information is critical for safety of personnel, the environment or assets. It's essential that if Permits are active that their operational context is well understood by users of BlueWorx.

The list in this tab shows any Permits for the Order.
