Introduction

This article defines the information on the Equipment Inspections tab.

Business and SAP Context

Undertaking inspection is a critical part of the maintenance and preventative maintenance process. The Inspection tab shows those inspections available to be carried our for this Equipment record. This is determined by setting maintained in BlueWorx Administration. Generally speaking these inspections are for 'adhoc' or unplanned use and may be used to update specific values about the Equipment - such as the as built date or physical reference details.

Add Inspection buttonSelect to add an adhoc Inspection to the record via a dialog:
The Inspections available are those marked Adhoc in the Inspection Configuration. This functionality was introduced in Service Pack 11.
Select list rowSelect an Inspection line to Navigate to the Inspection Question Page. The Status bar shows your progress in completing an Inspection.
