Introduction
This page details the configuration for Notification Templates.
Business and SAP Context
On some occasions when answering an Inspection Question it may be appropriate to have a Notification created. This can be manually initiated by a User; enforced to create in BlueWorx before the Question can be completed; or created based on information gathered automatically on processing in SAP. It's this automatic creation that the Notification template is used for.

Short Text | Notification short text description. The %SHORT% value is a placeholder value which will be replaced by the placeholder (see below) | |
Key Date Type | Specifies whether a date rule is to be used to override the dates set by the notification priority. It can be set based on the required start date, or the required finish date, or left blank. | From version 14.6.0 |
Key Date Offset (Days) | How long from the processing date (current date) should the notification start or end (depending on the key date type). Calendars are not considered. | From version 14.6.0 |
Duration (Days) | How many days should there be between the start date and finish date. Calendars are not considered. | From version 14.6.0 |
Work Center | The name of a work center which is combined with the maintenance plant of the inspected asset to set the notifications work center. | From version 14.6.0 |
