My Work - Inspections Tab

Introduction

This tab shows Inspections applicable to the User so that they can review them in one place. 

Business and SAP Context

The Inspections shown are:

• Inspections generated in SAP for the Work Orders in BlueWorx (if the configuration options for SAP generation of Inspection for Orders is active) OR;
• Inspections that Users have initiated and not completed for Work Orders in BlueWorx (if the configuration options for SAP generation of Inspection for Orders is inactive)
• AND Inspections that the Users have initiated and not completed directly for assets (FL or Equipment) in BlueWorx. Note that other Users inspections, initiated and not completed, are visible from the assets detail page Inspection tab but are not shown in this My Work tab. That's because they are not considered that Users work

The following screen fields and controls are defined, where not documented they are considered self explanatory or are explained elsewhere:

Field/ Control	Explanation/ Use
Type to Filter	Free text filter on displayed list content
Sort button	Sort records:
Filter button	Filter records:
Order link	Navigate to the Order this Inspection is associated with
Asset link	Navigate to the prime asset (FL or Equipment) this Inspection is associated with
	Denotes a required Inspection. This means it must be completed (or asset marked as not found), before it's associated Order can be marked as Complete
Select list item	Select the list item to navigate to the Inspection Questions Page
