BlueWorx Demo Application Privacy Policy

Accenture built the BlueWorx mobile demonstration application [hereafter referred to as the Demo App.], available on the Apple Store and Google Play, as a free application to demonstrate the functionality of its commercially available BlueWorx product. The Demo App. is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform relevant parties of our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Demo App.
If you choose to use the Demo App, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the the Demo App and is not personally identifiable.
Information Collection and Use
While using the Demo App and syncing with our demonstration system/s, it collects Log Data as described in the Log Data section of this Privacy Policy. Such data is gathered under a generic user account.
Log Data
The mobile application, as part of it's intended operation, collects data about the users device and, where allowed, location information. When syncing with our demonstration system it collects information that a generic user has synced and details of the sync steps, date and time. For the demo application Accenture does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information such as your name or physical location but the device details are recorded.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. The Demo App. may uses cookies and other on storage device to store demonstration data.
Service Providers
Accenture uses third-party companies to host our Demo App. These third parties have technical access to portions of communication data as it passes through their systems.
Security
Accenture strives to use commercially acceptable means of delivering this Demo App. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Demo App. may contain links to other sites. If you click on such links, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not necessarily operated by Accenture. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Accenture have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
The Demo App. does not address anyone under the age of 13. Accenture do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone regardless of age restrictions.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Accenture may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Accenture will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
