This policy only applies to Accenture's 'own-use' BlueWorx application. A separate policy exists for the publicly available BlueWorx demonstration application
Accenture built the BlueWorx mobile application [hereafter referred to as the Service], with restricted availability on the Apple Store and Google Play to Accenture personnel. The Service is provided by Accenture at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform relevant parties of our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service and is not personally identifiable.
Information Collection and Use
While using our Service and syncing with our demonstration system/s Accenture collects Log Data as described in the Log Data section of this Privacy Policy.
Log Data
When syncing with our demonstration system Accenture collects information on users, using the SAP credentials they log on with. Such information includes the application sync date and time, their location (if the user elects to authorise the application to collect this), device type, operating system, and identification. SAP also records details of the log-on event as part of standard SAP user management and security.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service uses cookies and other on-device storage to store data related to the Service. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Service Providers
Accenture employs third-party companies to host our Service. These third parties have technical access to portions of communication data as it passes through their systems.

Accenture strives to use commercially acceptable means of delivering this demonstration application. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
