Measurement Entry - Single
Having chosen to create a Measurement entry from a Measurement Point the following screen is displayed for reading entry:
The following screen fields and controls are defined, where not documented they are considered self explanatory or are explained elsewhere:

| Test | Enter Text |
| Valuation Code | Enter Code |
| Read on Date/ Time | Adjust as required |
| Order and Operation | Enter as appropriate. Note that the ability to associate with an Order and Operation depends on configuration settings and whether the entry was initiated from an Order PRT screen. |
| Measurement Point History button | View history or readings for this point - where online with SAP. |
Linear Data Section
The information maintained in this section is shown where the Measurement Point is set up in SAP as a linear asset, linear asset is switched on in BlueWorx administration and the entry is not initiated from an Order:

Measurement Entry - Multi
Having selected one or more Measurement Points from the Measurement List the following screen is displayed for reading entry:

| Date and Time | Depending on screen display adjust date/ time (from now) or, where not displayed, drill into maintain |
 | Drill into the detailed screen for the entry and review/ maintain additional details like Text. |
