Which fields are searched in the Order, Notifications, Functional Locations and Equipment Lists?

A customer recently asked:


"When you do a search in a screen how do you know which fields are being searched across for WO’s and Noti’s?"

Here's the response for all the main lists in BlueWorx

 

Work Order List 

Order ID, Order Type, Order Description, Functional Location, Equipment Number, Equipment Description, Functional Location Description, and Equipment Additional Field. Equipment and Functional Location search through all Order Objects.

 

Notification List

Notification ID, Notification Type, Notification Description, Functional Location, Equipment Number, Functional Location Description, and Equipment Additional Field.


Functional Locations List

Functional Location, Functional Location Description, and Characteristic Search (Maintained in Object Char table of Core Settings).

 

Equipment List

Equipment Number, Equipment Description, Equipment Technical ID, Functional Location, Equipment Additional Field, and Characteristic Search (Maintained in the Object Char table in Core Settings).


Measurement Points List

Point, Description, Functional Location, Functional Location Description, Equipment, Equipment Description


Material List

Plant, Storage Location, (SAP) Material Number, Description, Unit of Measure, (Manufacturers) Part Number. Then after drilling into a material/ storage location: Bin, Batch
