There is an issue opening Neptune Application in a browser on iOS due to an error/change in the way that WebSQL support is identified. With DXP21 and DXP22 the application incorrectly determines that WebSQL data storage is available then crashes when it tries to access the storage. WebSQL is not supported in Safari, and all browser on iOS use the Safari web engine under the hood.
Resolution
Neptune have provided a patch for DXP21.10.0020. The fix transport is attached to this post.
