Introduction
The documents tab shows documents linked to the Work Order through General Object Service (GOS) at the Order level and Operational documents (SAP DMS) associated at the PRT level. It also allows users to generate any configured SAP Smart Form reports that have been configured when online.
Important Information
As of BlueWorx release SP5 it shows GOS URL links at the Order level. As of SP6 it shows the documents for any Notifications, Functional Location and Equipment associated with the Order. As of SP7 the various sections are closed by default and a count is displayed for each section. As of SP8, it shows DMS documents at order and operation level.

On mobile devices, where permission has been granted for the BlueWorx application to access the camera, you can take and upload photos against the Work Order using the button: | |
Upload Files button | Upload a file (must be a supported format as configured in SAP GOS or DMS). The action opens up a upload selection dialog screen where one or more files can be selected for upload: Note that documents added when accessing BlueWorx from a browser will immediately to transferred to SAP. When adding from a BlueWorx mobile application it will be stored in the BlueWorx Outbox for next sync with SAP. |
Select document | To access a document select it from the list. When accessing from a mobile application BlueWorx will download documents associated with Work Orders on the device (auto or prompted according to BlueWorx Admin settings). If the document has not been downloaded then this will occur on selection when online. |
Reports Section | The reports section shows available BlueWorx configured customer SAP SmartForm reports. These reports are generated on request in SAP and transferred to BlueWorx. Where they have been previously downloaded the user will be prompted, when online, to access the local report or to regenerate from SAP. Sample report: |
