Important Information
When evaluating Code Groups for Measurement Documents, the value that needs to be evaluated is a concatenation of the Category, Code Group, and Code separated by the pipe symbol. That's because that's how it's stored in SAP. So and example would be: D|T0000555|0010

Rule Tab
The Rules Tab is where you maintain the ID and Title for the Rule. You can also maintain notes about the rule - for administration use: The following is an illustration of this page/ tab:

Conditions Tab
The conditions tab is where you maintain what is to be evaluated for the rule:

You can add new Conditions and maintain the values in the Condition dialog screen:
