Introduction

This page details the maintenance of Inspection Reasons used where an Inspection can not be undertaken. This functionality was introduced in SP13.

Business and SAP Context

In some cases users can not undertake an Inspection. Prior to introducing this functionality the response available was 'Asset Not Found'. However ever in practice there can be many reasons for not undertaking an Inspection. 

Important Information

• This Reason config applies across the use of all Inspections and is not associated with any Inspection Authorisation Group
• Once used, Codes can not be deleted. They can be deactivation to prevent future use.
