Users have BlueWorx Profiles assigned by no Orders or Notifications coming to the device on sync?

If you have a user that has been set up in BlueWorx but they can't see any Orders/ Notification or can see some and not others (that you'd expect based on their BlueWorx profiles/s) then it could be that it's a SAP security issue. That's because the Orders and Notifications use standard SAP BAPI's that check for authorisations.
