Hi Deena,
BlueWorx version 15 will contain support for esri vector maps on iOS, Android, and web browser.
We investigated the leaflet vector plugin and found that it didn't meet what we wanted to provide. BlueWorx 15 will allow the continued but deprecated use of Leaflet, and add Esri's JavaScript SDK for support of a vector service. It will be choice of either Leaflet or Esri, made in administration settings for the system.
I expect that we'll be in a position to give an update on the relelse of BlueWorx 15 soon.

The Esri World Street tile basemap entered mature support in 2021 and was marked as deprecated in January 2024. It's no longer maintained and this basemap is clearly missing some major new builds in our region. Have any BlueWorx customers successfully deployed a build with the esri-leaflet-vector plugin to display the authoritative Esri World Street basemap? Our Esri support team stated the don't usually "RETIRE RETIRE" meaning that the tile basemap will be available for an unspecified amount of time, but it's not like there is a commitment to restore it in the event of a significant outage.
