Introduction
From this page you can view and maintain Activity details. As with standard SAP Activities can either be directly maintained or maintained for a Notification Item.

| Description | Enter a description for the Cause |
| Activities | Select a Activity Code, associated with the FL or Equipment Catalog Profile, for the Cause |
| Apply button | Apply changes |
| Cancel button | Cancel changes |
Text Section
The text section allow you to view and add to Long text to the Notification Activity. You can not edit entries already saved in SAP. This section is located at the bottom of the page. Initiate editing using this button:

| Template selection | Once in the long text editor you can add templated text as configured in BlueWorx Admin:

| Clear Text button | To Clear the text for your current entry. |
| Add Location button | To add a GPS Lat/ Long reference to the text use this button on GPS enabled devices |
| Save button | Save added text |
| Cancel | Cancel adding text |
