MyPM has now changed to BlueWorx


Thank you for your support over the last few years as Zag has successfully taken MyPM to the world. As the solution continues to evolve and as we continue to enter new markets, we felt it was time for a refresh. We're excited to announce that from today MyPM is re-branding to BlueWorx!


Here's what you need to know:

  • The name change will have no impact on your existing MyPM commercial arrangements with Zag and our partners.
  • You will see the new BlueWorx name and brand appear with the next support pack application. We do not expect any technical disruption during the process.
  • There will be no change to the look and feel, and functions within the BlueWorx app can be used as normal.
  • This product support site has been amended from http://soltius.freshdesk.com/support/home to: https://blueworx.freshdesk.com/support/home. Please update your bookmarks to reflect the new URL.
  • Links within existing support tickets may not work due to the URL change. 
  • Supporting collateral, screen shots, install guides and videos will be updated over the coming months and we thank you in advance for your patience while we make these adjustments.
